CFB灰代换粉煤灰用于地基处理的可能性初探

A preliminary study on the possibility of CFB ash replacement in ground treatment

为了减少煤化工固体废弃物填埋和砂石开采引起的环境污染,提出将CFB灰作为掺合料应用到地基处理中,通过对CFB灰渣的理化性质分析,以CFB灰渣代换粉煤灰的有效性为研究对象,对CFB灰渣的理化性能、稳定性能、适应性能进行了详细分析,分析结果表明,CFB灰渣作为煤化工固体废弃物,具有较好的水化活性且性质稳定,为实现CFB灰渣大体积资源化利用提供了可能、对于工业固体废渣在土木工程中二次利用的应用研究有一定的指导意义。

In order to reduce the coal chemical industry solid waste landfill and sand mining caused by environmental pollution and puts forward the applications of CFB ash as admixture to foundation treatment,through the analysis of the physical and chemical properties of CFB ash,the effectiveness of CFB ash substitution of fly ash as the research object,on the physical and chemical properties of CFB ash,stable performance,adaptive performance are analyzed in detail,the analysis results show that the CFB ash as coal chemical industry solid wastes,has good hydration activity and properties of stability,It provides the possibility to realize the large-scale utilization of CFB ash slag,and has certain guiding significance for the application research of the secondary utilization of industrial solid waste slag in civil engineering.
