摘要 介绍了钢铁件电镀镉钴合金及电泳涂漆工艺,包括电镀、磷化、填充、电泳等主要工序的工艺条件。采用最新开发的氯化钾镉钴合金电镀以及可掺入羟基石墨烯胶体的电泳组合工艺,所得防护层抗摩擦、抗划伤,中性盐雾试验5000 h无锈蚀。 A process for electroplating Cd-Co alloy on steel and electrophoretic painting thereafter was introduced,including the operation conditions of the main procedures such as electroplating,phosphating,filling,and electrophoretic painting.The protective coatings obtained by the combination of the newly developed KCl-based Cd-Co alloy electroplating and electrophoretic painting with hydroxylated graphene gel optionally are resistant to friction and scratch,and endurable in neutral salt spray test for 5000 hours without any formation of corrosion product.
