普拉克索片联合美多芭治疗帕金森病患者的临床疗效

Clinical effect of pramipexole and medoba in thetreatment of Parkinson' s disease

目的探讨普拉克索片联合美多芭治疗帕金森病患者的临床疗效。方法选取2018年8月至2019年8月本院收治的帕金森病患者120例,随机分为联合治疗组和单独治疗组,各60例。联合治疗组采用普拉克索片联合美多芭治疗,单独治疗组采用美多芭治疗,比较两组患者UPDRS评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组情绪和精神及行为、运动功能、日常活动、并发症评分均低于治疗前,且联合治疗组显著低于单独治疗组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗总有效率为81.7%,高于单独治疗组的68.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组不良反应发生率为3.3%,低于单独治疗组的11.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普拉克索片联合美多芭治疗帕金森病患者的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of pramipexole and medoba in the treatment of Parkinson's disease.Methods 120 cases of patients with Parkinson's disease in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected,and they were randomly divided into combined treatment group and single treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.The combined treatment group was treated with prampexol tablet combined with metobar,and the single treatment group was treated with metobar.The UPDRS scores,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of emotion,spirit and behavior,motor function,daily activities and complications in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combined treatment group was significantly lower than the single treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was 81.7%,which was higher than 68.3%of the single treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was 3.3%,which was lower than 11.7%in the single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pramipexole tablets combined with madopar in the treatment of Parkinson's disease has significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
