探讨动态心电图检查老年冠心病心肌缺血和心律失常的效果

目的探讨动态心电图检查老年冠心病心肌缺血和心律失常的效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年5月于本科室进行冠心病治疗的老年患者126例,随机分为两组,每组63例。对照组采用常规心电图检查,实验组采用动态心电图检查,比较两组最终检查效果。结果实验组心肌缺血阴性率为3.17%,低于对照组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组心肌缺血阳性率为96.83%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年冠心病检查中采用动态心电图检查方式,可提升心肌缺血和心律失常检出率,应用效果显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of dynamic electrocardiogram(DCG)on myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 126 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected from June 2018 to May 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 63 cases in each group.Routine ECG was used in the control group and dynamic ECG was used in the experimental group.Analyze the final inspection effect of the two groups.Results The negative rate of myocardial ischemia in the experimental group was 3.17%,which was lower than 19.05%in the control group,the difference was was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of myocardial ischemia in the experimental group was 96.83%,which was higher than 80.95%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the elderly coronary heart disease examination,dynamic ECG examination can be used to improve the detection rate of myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia.The application effect is significant,and it is worthy of clinical application.
