正念干预在新兵军事体能训练中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析正念干预在新兵军事体能训练中的应用效果。方法选取接受军事体能训练的300名新兵,通过数字随机方法将其分成对照组(150名)与实验组(150名),两组新兵均在集训期1-2周内开展1次心理健康教育课,而在集训期第3-10周内,对照组仅开展军事体能训练,并未接受任何干预;实验组则在进行军事体能训练的同时,为其提供正念干预。结果与干预前相比,干预后实验组的CPSS评分、SAS评分以及SDS评分均明显降低(P<0.05);对照组干预前后的各项评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组干预后的各项评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在军事体能训练中应用正念干预不但能让新兵的知觉压力水平明显降低,而且还能对其焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪进行改善。
