新生儿科血培养病原菌构成及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析新生儿科血培养病原菌构成及主要病原菌耐药情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对我院2018年1月至2019年12月新生儿科2636例患儿入院时送检的血标本,采用美国BDBACTE FX—400全自动血培养仪及配套儿童血培养瓶进行培养,法国梅里埃VITEK2-Compact分析仪及配套的鉴定药敏卡片进行细菌鉴定及药敏试验。结果2636例标本共分离出132株病原菌,阳性率5.0%,其中革兰阳性菌91株,以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(coagulase-negative staphylococci,CNS)为主;革兰阴性菌41株,以大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌为主。CNS对呋喃妥因,利奈唑胺,万古霉素,奎奴普丁/达福普汀100%敏感,对青霉素100%耐药。革兰阴性菌对阿米卡星,亚胺培南,美罗培南100%敏感,对氨苄西林100%耐药。结论CNS是新生儿血流感染的最为常见的病原菌,其次为大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌,多重耐药菌株常见。临床对于疑似患儿应当及时进行血液培养,并合理选用抗生素。
