摘要
软骨细胞周基质(PCM)是软骨细胞外围环形的基质条带,与软骨细胞共同形成软骨单位,其组成和功能与邻近的细胞外基质有明显差别。Ⅵ型胶原和以基底膜蛋白多糖为代表的蛋白聚糖参与构成PCM,这些主要成分在空间上的差异性分布是PCM稳定结构和力学特性的基础,为软骨标记、评价和检测提供了更多选择。作为细胞和基质之间结构和功能的桥梁,PCM是生物信号的过滤器和传感器,其结构的特异性在细胞-基质生物力学信号转导中的作用逐渐被认识,这对于软骨相关疾病的研究和软骨再生领域的发展有着积极的推动作用。
The pericellular matrix(PCM)is a narrow tissue region surrounding chondrocyte,which along with the enclosed chondrocytes can be termed as the"chondron".PCM is distinct from the extracellular matrix both in composition and function.PCM is mainly composed of typeⅥcollagen and kinds of proteoglycans such as perlecan.The differential distribution of these main ingredients in the space is the base of stable structure and mechanics properties of PCM,offering more options for the marking,evaluation and testing of chondrocyte and cartilage.Combining the chondrocyte and matrix in structure and function,PCM is the filter and sensor of biological signal,and the role of its structure specificity in cell matrix biomechanical signal transduction is gradually recognized,which contributes the progress in the study of cartilage related disease and cartilage regeneration.
