选煤厂生产系统的智能化研究与规划 被引量:7

摘要 当前,全国大多数选煤厂在重介选煤的工艺控制方面、浮选工艺控制方面以及压滤浓缩生产系统方面均采用传统的人工控制工艺,依靠现场操作工人的经验和判断,通过眼看、手摸等操作方式来获取数据。虽然在某些环节实现了自动化,如入洗原煤处理量自动控制功能、重介精煤灰分在线检测功能等,但是在某些关键环节仍未实现智能化控制。针对某选煤厂在人工控制生产方式中存在的现状,规划生产系统的工艺系统数据采集智能化信息系统,可以有效地提升选煤厂的精益管理水平。 At present,most coal preparation plants in China adopt the traditional manual control technology in the aspects of dense medium coal preparation process control,flotation process control and pressure filtration concentration production system,relying on the experience and judgment of field operators,and obtaining data by operation methods such as seeing and touching.Although automation has been realized in some links,such as automatic control of raw coal processing capacity and on-line detection of ash content of dense medium clean coal,intelligent control has not been realized in some key links.In view of the present situation of manual control production in a coal preparation plant,the intelligent information system for data collection of process system of planning production system can effectively improve the lean management level of coal preparation plant.
