摘要
确定了一种以2,7-二溴代芴、溴辛烷为原料合成9,9-二辛基-2,7-二溴代芴的方法。确定了碱的类型氢氧化钾最佳;用量3.14eq最佳,合成过程中保护气体氩气最佳;可以避免反应过程中生成2,7-二溴代芴酮;通过以上最佳合成条件的确定,使目标产物的转化率可达到97%,收率达到88.32%。
A method for the synthesis of 9,9-dioctyl-2,7-dibromofluorene using 2,7-dibromofluorene and bromooctane was determined.The best type of alkali was determined;the optimal amount of potassium hydroxide was 3.14eq,and the protective gas argon was the best during the synthesis;2,7-dibromofluorenone could be avoided during the reaction;It is determined that the conversion rate of the target product can reach 97%,and the yield of fine products can reach 88.32%.
