选煤厂介质回收系统改造优化研究

摘要 随着时代的发展,越来越多的煤矿被开采出来,为了保证自身开采出来的煤矿品质较好,选煤厂在加工时需要对于其有一定操作,对于煤矿需要进介质回收系统的改造优化,目前介质回收系统存在密度调节时间过长,加介不及时、介耗高等问题基于这样的问题,需要对于选煤厂介质回收系统改造进行优化设计。 With the development of the times,more and more coal mines have been mined.In order to ensure the quality of the mined coal mines,coal preparation plants need to have certain operations during processing,and coal mines need to be reformed and optimized by the medium recovery system.At present,there are some problems in the medium recovery system,such as too long density adjustment time,untimely medium addition and high medium consumption.Based on such problem,it is necessary to optimize the design of medium recovery system in coal preparation plant.
