摘要 为了有效抑制采煤过程中滚筒周围粉尘浓度过高及其在综采工作面的扩散问题,采用实验、数值模拟和现场测试等方法,对高压细水喷雾除尘系统的抑尘性能进行了深入研究。首先,测试了具有优化宏观雾化性能的喷嘴的雾化特性。实验结果表明,喷孔直径为2.0mm的混合式喷嘴和x型导流芯在喷雾压力为8MPa的条件下获得了最佳的总雾化性能,其喷雾角度和有效喷雾范围分别为81.9°和2.56m。然后,利用ANSYS Fluent软件对外喷雾系统的抑尘性能进行了数值模拟。结果表明,当喷嘴倾角为30°,喷雾压力为8MPa时,所形成的喷雾场能够覆盖转鼓周围的整个产尘区域。 In order to effectively restrain the high dust concentration around the drum and its diffusion in fully mechanized coal mining face,the dust suppression performance of the high-pressure fine water spray dust removal system was deeply studied by adopting the methods of experiment,numerical simulation and field test.Firstly,this paper tests the atomization characteristics of nozzles with optimized macro atomization performance.The experimental results show that the hybrid nozzle with nozzle diameter of 2.0mm and X-shaped guide core can achieve the best total atomization performance under the condition of spray pressure of 8MPa,and the spray angle and effective spray range are respectively 81.9°and 2.56m.Then,the dust suppression performance of external spray system is numerically simulated by ANSYS Fluent software.The results show that when the nozzle angle is 30°and the spray pressure is 8MPa,the spray field can cover the whole dust-producing area around the drum.
