摘要
为解决深部开采大断面软岩巷道掘进过程中底板底鼓量过大问题,在对底鼓机理分析基础上,结合6502运输巷实际工程地质条件,提出采用“锚网索+注浆+混凝土砌筑方式”加固底板,并详细阐述底鼓防治措施。现场应用后,底鼓量控制在57mm以内,有效控制了底鼓变形。研究成果为其他矿井深部开采时巷道底鼓防治工作开展提供了经验借鉴。
In order to solve the problem of excessive floor heave in soft rock roadway in deep mining,based on the analysis of floor heave mechanism,combined with the actual engineering geological conditions of 6502 transportation roadway,this paper proposes the method of"anchor net cable+grouting+concrete masonry"to reinforce the floor,and elaborates the prevention measures of floor heave in detail.After field application,the amount of floor heave is controlled within 57mm,which effectively controls the deformation of floor heave.The research results provide experience for the prevention and control of roadway floor heave in deep mining of other mines.
