摘要
为制备一种可提升排废效果的热熔胶,研究了其制备工艺和性能影响因素。通过研究胶体性能的相关因素,如剥离强度、平刀模切速率、滚到模切速率等性能。对配方中用到的苯乙烯热塑性弹性体、增粘树脂、改性聚乙烯蜡和混合助剂进行选择,找到最佳配方比例:苯乙烯热塑性弹性体30wt%~45wt%、增粘树脂40wt%~55wt%、改性聚乙烯蜡1wt%~4wt%和混合助剂11wt%~21wt%。
In order to prepare a kind of hot melt adhesive which can improve the waste disposal effect,this paper studied the preparation process and performance influencing factors.Through studying the related factors of colloid properties,such as peel strength,cutting speed with flat knife,rolling-to-die cutting speed,etc.,the styrene thermoplastic elastomer,tackifying resin,modified polyethylene wax and mixing AIDS used in the formula were selected,and the best formula ratio was found:styrene thermoplastic elastomer 30wt%~45wt%,tackifying resin 40wt%~55wt%,modified polyethylene wax 1wt%~4wt%and mixing AIDS 11wt%~21wt%.
