乌苯美司治疗乳腺癌放化疗后免疫功能低下患者的疗效观察

Efficacy of Ubenimex in the treatment of breast cancer patients with low immune function after radiotherapy and chemotherapy

目的观察接受放化疗治疗后的乳腺癌患者加用乌苯美司后免疫功能的变化,探讨乌苯美司的相关治疗效果。方法对山西省肿瘤医院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的99例乳腺癌患者进行回顾性分析,随机分为3组作为对照X组、接受乌苯美司治疗3个月的试验A组以及接受治疗6个月的治疗B组,通过检测患者血液样本中总T细胞百分数、CD3^(+)CD4^(+)/CD3^(+)CD8^(+)细胞比值以及NK细胞的百分数来分析乌苯美司在治疗乳腺癌放化疗后免疫功能低下患者的疗效,并在研究过程中监测患者的不良反应。结果对照X组总T细胞百分数、CD3^(+)CD4^(+)/CD3^(+)CD8^(+)细胞比值以及自然杀伤细胞(NK)的百分数在治疗前后与A、B 2个治疗组相比,其差异具有统计学意义。在加用乌苯美司进行治疗的过程中,患者未出现明显的不良反应。结论乌苯美司对于治疗乳腺癌放化疗后免疫功能低下患者的疗效是安全且可靠的。

Objective To Observe the changes in immune function of breast cancer patients after receiving chemotherapy and radiotherapy after adding Ubenimex,and explore the related therapeutic effects of Ubenimex.Methods A retrospective analysis of 99 breast cancer patients admitted to Shanxi Cancer Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.These patients were randomly divided into three groups as control group X,experimental group A receiving ubenimex treatment for 3 months,and treatment group B receiving treatment for 6 months.By detecting the percentage of total T cells,the ratio of CD3^(+)CD4^(+)/CD3^(+)CD8^(+)cells and the percentage of NK cells in the blood samples of patients,the efficacy of Ubenimex in the treatment of breast cancer patients with immunocompromised immune function after radiotherapy and chemotherapy was analyzed.At the same time,monitor patients'adverse reactions during the study.Results Through observation,the percentage of total T cells,the ratio of CD3^(+)CD4^(+)/CD3^(+)CD8^(+)cells and the percentage of NK cells in the control group X were statistically significant before and after treatment compared with the two treatment groups A and B.During the treatment with Ubenimex,the patient had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Ubenimex is safe and reliable for the treatment of breast cancer patients with weakened immune function after radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
