摘要
位于我国贵州南部山区的世界最大射电望远镜"中国天眼"建造条件极其复杂,500 m超大直径圈梁作为支撑整个巨型望远镜的主要承载结构,其重要性不言而喻。基于圈梁结构体系的结构特点和台址周边的山体环境,研发和设计了适用于复杂山区条件下的高空多向组合滑移技术和成套设备,解决了圈梁分块高空运输、高空移位和高空吊装的难题。该技术的研发和应用不仅缩短了施工工期,提高了安装精度,还保护了山体的生态环境,获得良好的经济和社会效益。该技术为以后在复杂山区大直径圈梁的建造提供了参考。"中国天眼"——500 m口径球面射电望远镜(FAST)工程获第十八届中国土木工程詹天佑奖。
The construction conditions of the world’s largest radio telescope"China skyeye"located in the mountainous area of Southern Guizhou Province are extremely complex.As the main bearing structure of the giant telescope,the 500 m ring beam is of great importance.Based on the characteristics of the high-altitude transportation system and the surrounding structure,it is suitable for the design of the high-altitude sliding platform and the surrounding structure.The development and application of the technology not only shorten the construction period,improve the installation accuracy,but also protect the ecological environment of the mountain,and obtain good economic and social benefits.This technology provides a reference for the construction of large diameter ring beam in complex mountainous areas.It selected for the 18 th China Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize.
