摘要 石家庄地铁3号线一期工程中的三教堂站暗挖段采用PBA工法施工,具有埋深浅、水文地质条件差、下穿既有环路及管线等工程特点,施工风险系数较高。文章以该车站为工程依托,采用模糊层次分析法对地铁车站采用PBA工法施工存在的各类风险因素进行了分析与评估,并提出针对性的风险防范控制措施,不仅保证施工安全可控,还为管理人员对风险进行差异化管控提供了参考和借鉴。 This paper is rely on the Sanjiaotang Station., which is one of the Shijiazhuang Metro Line 3.Undercut Section of Station has many shortcomings, such as shallow depth, poor hydrogeological conditions,down through existing circumcity highway and pipelines and so on. So the risk of construction is high. Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process can be aimed at risk of the station to analysis and evaluation. This research method obtains the importance ranking of various risk factors, and we can put forward corresponding risk control measures, so that it provides the basis for risk control and decision-making for managers. Practice has proved that: the paper’s risk analysis is reasonable and control measures are effective, which can provide reference for similar projects.
