轻骨料/磷建筑石膏复合材料隔热性能的数值模拟

Numerical simulation of thermal insulation performance of lightweight aggregate/phosphogypsum composites

摘要 基于ANSYS Workbench软件中的稳态热分析模块,应用均匀化理论分析方法,建立了轻骨料填充磷建筑石膏复合材料的导热模型。研究了轻骨料的几何形态、填充体积分数对复合材料导热性能的影响,并通过试验验证了模拟结果的可靠性。研究表明:复合材料的导热系数随轻骨料几何形态变化而变化,填充圆柱体状轻骨料体系的导热系数最小;随着轻骨料填充体积分数的增大,复合材料体系的导热系数呈逐渐降低的趋势;试验结果与模拟结果变化规律相似,最大误差为15.7%,具有较好的一致性。 Based on the steady-state thermal analysis module of ANSYS Workbench software,the thermal conductivity model of light aggregate filled phosphogypsum composite was established by using homogenization theory.The effects of geometric shape and filling volume fraction of lightweight aggregate on thermal conductivity of composites were studied,and the reliability of simulation results was verified by experiments.The results show that:the thermal conductivity of the composite changes with the geometric shape of the aggregate,and the thermal conductivity of the filled cylindrical lightweight aggregate system is the smallest;with the increase of the volume fraction of the lightweight aggregate,the thermal conductivity of the composite system shows a continuous decreasing trend;the change rule of the test results is similar to the simulation results,with the maximum error of 15.7%,which has good consistency.
