摘要
对比了动物蛋白复合发泡剂和微生物复合发泡剂制得泡沫的基本性质,然后利用微生物复合发泡剂制备承重保温型泡沫混凝土,并分析其物理力学性能和微观孔结构。结果表明:微生物复合发泡剂制得的泡沫稳定性更好,且孔径分布更均匀,平均孔径较小,孔壁较厚;A06、A07、A08密度等级泡沫混凝土的抗压强度分别为2.5、3.5、5.5 MPa,导热系数分别为0.12、0.15、0.17 W/(m·K);随着密度等级的增加,泡沫混凝土的孔隙率逐渐降低、等效孔径逐渐减小、孔径分布越来越均匀,且孔球形度越高。
The basic properties of foam made from animal protein compound foaming agent and microbial compound foaming a-gent were compared,on this basis,the bearing insulation type foam concrete was prepared by using microbial compound foaming a-gent,the physical and micro pore structure of foam concrete were analyzed.The results show that the foam prepared by microbial compound foaming agent has better stability,more uniform pore size distribution,smaller average pore size and thicker pore wall.The compressive strength of A06,A07,A08 density grade foam concrete is 2.5,3.5 and 5.5 MPa,the thermal conductivity is 0.12,0.15 and0.17 W/(m·K),respectively;With the increase of density grade,the porosity and the equivalent pore size of foam concrete decreases gradually,the pore size distribution becomes more and more uniform,and the pore sphericity is higher and higher.
