几种丁酸梭菌的性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 选择7种丁酸梭菌(编号为D1~D7),分别从贮存稳定性、耐热特性、人工胃液耐受性、抗生素抗性以及丁酸产量等方面对丁酸梭菌特性进行了比较研究。结果显示,7种丁酸梭菌室温及-20℃存放240 d后,存活率分别为50.00%和59.00%,高于其他菌粉;在70~100℃热处理10 min后,菌株D2存活率均为100.00%,110℃处理10 min存活率为48.49%,120℃处理10 min存活率为37.00%,耐热性最好;耐人工胃液试验中,pH 2.0处理2 h后,菌株D2耐受性最好,存活率为100.00%;抗生素抗性试验中,7种丁酸梭菌均对链霉素、甲氧嘧啶表现出抗性。此外,菌株D2在发酵24 h和48 h后,其丁酸含量分别为8.31 g/L和8.26 g/L,含量显著高于其他菌粉(P<0.05)。7种菌粉相比较,菌株D2性能更为优良,为丁酸梭菌的贮存及性能评价提供参考依据。 Seven Clostridium butyricum(No.D1-D7)were selected,and the characteristics of C.butyricum were compared in terms of storage stability,heat resistance,artificial gastric juice tolerance,antibiotic resistance,and butyric acid production.The results showed that the survival rates of the 7 Clostridium butyricum after 240 d storage at room temperature and-20℃were 50.00%and 59.00%,respectively,which were higher than other bacterial powders.After heat treatment at 70-100℃for 10 min,the survival rate of strain D2 was 100.00%.The survival rate of the strain after 110℃treatment for 10 min was 48.49%,and the survival rate of the strain after 120℃for 10 min was 37.00%,and the heat resistance was the optimal.In the artificial gastric juice test,after pH 2.0 treatment for 2 h,the tolerance of strain D2 was the optimal and the survival rate was 100.00%.In the antibiotic resistance tests,all 7 strains of C.butyricum showed resistance to streptomycin and oxygen pyrmidine.In addition,the content of butyric acid of strain D2 after fermentation for 24 h and 48 h was 8.31 g/L and 8.26 g/L,respectively,which was significantly higher than other bacterial powders(P<0.05).Compared with the 7 bacterial powders,the performance of strain D2 was better,which provided a reference for the storage and performance evaluation of C.butyricum.
