Design of a simple and portable thoracolumbar brace

目的通过研制简易便携式胸腰椎支具,为我军胸腰椎战伤支具的研制提供技术支撑,提高胸腰椎战伤的救治效率。方法结合民用脊柱固定支具的设计思路和我军脊柱战伤救治需求,设计简易便携式胸腰椎支具,用于胸椎及腰椎骨折的初期救治。结果支具设计成功,样品的固定效果优于护腰带等我军现有的胸腰椎骨折固定装置。结论新型简易便携式胸腰椎支具能有效实现胸腰椎战伤的损伤控制,具有一定的军事意义和实用价值。

Objective To provide technical support for the development of the thoracolumbar brace,through the design of a simple and portable thoracolumbar brace,so that treatment efficiency of thoracolumbar injury could be improved in future wars.Methods In light of the design idea of the civil spine brace and the demands on the military spine injury treatment,a simple and portable thoracolumbar brace was designed for future initial treatment of thoracolumbar and lumbar fractures.Results The prototype was successfully designed.The fixation effect of the prototype is superior to that of the existing military thoracolumbar fracture fixation devices,such as the waistband.Conclusion This brand-new simple and portable thoracolumbar brace could effectively control thoracolumbar war injury,with military significance and practical application value.
