摘要
钢铁企业生产过程中煤气、蒸汽和电力的供需实时变化,尤其在钢铁企业发生异常工况时,能源介质的产耗会发生较大的波动。为了解决调度方案的全局优化性和易操作性之间的矛盾,在综合分析启发式规则调度和线性规划调度两种方法针对异常工况条件对能源介质调度优劣的基础上,提出一种“规则+模型”复合调度方法。结果表明,复合调度方法将两种方法的优点相结合,提高了能源利用率,降低了设备调节难度,更加符合实际操作,在保证安全生产前提下可获得更大的能源效益。
The supply and demand of gas,steam,and electricity in the production process of iron and steel enterprises change in real time,especially when the iron and steel enterprises experience abnormal working conditions,the production and consumption of energy media will fluctuate greatly.In order to solve the contradiction between the global optimization and the ease of operation of the scheduling scheme,the study comprehensively analyzes the pros and cons of the energy media scheduling method based on the heuristic rule scheduling and the linear programming scheduling method in response to abnormal working conditions.A“rule+model”compound scheduling method is proposed.The results show that the compound scheduling method combines the advantages of the two methods,improves energy efficiency,reduces the difficulty of equipment adjustment,and is more in line with actual operations,thereby ensuring the iron and steel enterprises to obtain greater energy efficiency under the condition of safe production.
