钢渣热闷余热回收有机朗肯循环发电技术分析 被引量:6

摘要 为实现钢渣余热资源的回收利用,开发了钢渣有压热闷工艺,并将0.2MPa饱和热闷蒸汽的热量通过汽水换热器传递给热水,热水送入有机朗肯循环系统蒸发器。单罐热闷钢渣量45t,以R123为有机工质,实验中发电功率达到45kW,循环热效率为3.5%。 Steel slag pressured hot stuffy technology is invented for steel slag waste heat recovery and utilization.Saturated steam(0.2MPa)from the pressured hot stuffy technology exchange heat with recycled water,and high temperature water is pumped into evaporator of organic rankine cycle.For 45t steel slag,R123 is chosen to be organic working fluid,and output power is 45kW and cycle thermal efficiency is 3.5%.
