球团竖炉冷却水系统升级改造及蒸汽余热利用

摘要 将球团竖炉设备的循环水冷却系统改造为汽化冷却系统,使竖炉设备冷却水梁的使用寿命延长了5倍左右,显著提高了竖炉设备的生产作业率和企业的市场竞争力。此外,充分利用该汽化冷却系统的蒸汽余热为体育馆游泳池供热。结果表明,该项供热改造工程不仅大幅延长了冷却水梁使用寿命,还解决了游泳池因锅炉停运无热源问题,取得了显著的经济和环境效益。 The circulating water cooling system of the pellet shaft furnace was transformed into a vaporization cooling system,which not only prolonged the life times of cooling water beam of shaft furnace by about 5 times,but also improved the equipment operation rate of the shaft furnace and strengthened the market competitiveness of steel enterprises.To make full use of the steam waste heat of the vaporization cooling system,it was used to heat the swimming pool of the gymnasium.This reconstruction project not only apparently prolonged the life-span of cooling water beam,the problem of lacking of heat source in the swimming pool was also solved,and achieved significant economic and environmental benefits.
