钢铁企业CCPP循环水梯级利用研究与实践 被引量:4

摘要 针对北方沿海某大型钢铁联合企业淡水资源短缺问题,结合该单位燃气蒸汽联合循环发电机组各循环水系统运行特点及水质工艺要求,指出梯级用水是降低燃气蒸汽联合循环发电系统淡水消耗的有效手段,并通过水量平衡与水质指标跟踪试验进行论证。通过系统串级改造,淡水消耗减少约3.45m 3/kWh,实现了各循环水系统淡水消耗的梯级利用,降低外购能源成本。 According to the problem of freshwater resources shortage in northern coastal integrated iron and steel works,and basing on the operation characteristics and the water quality technological requirements of combined cycle power plant various circulating water system.It was found that water cascade utilization was effective means for reducing freshwater consumption of combined cycle power plant,and then it was proved by water balance and water quality test.Through various circulating water system cascade improved,that the per generated energy freshwater cost decreased 3.45m 3/kWh.The freshwater cascade utilization was implemented in various circulating water system,and purchased energy cost was decreased.
