摘要
柳钢焦化厂120孔6m顶装焦炉新建并投用了一套上升管余热回收利用系统,该系统应用新型荒煤气换热器、新增闭式冷凝水回收装置,采取分段取热工艺和分散生产调节模式等创新技术。该系统投入使用一年多,运行平稳。每年可回收压力0.6~0.8MPa的饱和蒸汽8.76万t,折合节约0.856万tce,减排CO 22.23万t、SO 2约205 t、NO x约59.92 t。
A set of recovery technology for ascending pipe waste heat system was newly built and put into use in the 120-hole 6m top charged coke oven at coking plant of Liusteel.The system uses some new devices such as a new type of heat exchanger for coke oven gas and a new shut dyadic condensation water reclaiming device,and adopts innovative technologies such as segmented heat extraction technology and decentralized production adjustment mode.The system has been put into use for more than a year and running smoothly.It can recover 87600t of saturated steam with 0.6~0.8MPa each year,which is equal to saving 0.856 million tons of standard coal,reducing CO 2 about 22,300 tons,SO 2 about 205t,and nitrogen oxides about 59.92t.
