摘要 在钢铁企业烧结工序中,环冷机在冷却烧结矿的同时,也将会产生大量的高品位余热余能。凌钢将320m^(2)烧结环冷机一段、二段高温废气余热回收,产生过热蒸汽和饱和蒸汽,用于蒸汽发电和蒸汽管网用汽,回收三段废气余热作为解冻库的热源,用于冬季对冻结物料的解冻。环冷机余热回收对凌钢具有显著的经济效益和环境效益。 In the sintering process of iron and steel enterprise,ring cooler in cooling of sintering material at the same time,also will produce large amounts of high grade heat surplus energy,Lingsteel 320m^(2) sintering ring cooler one period,two section of high temperature flue gas waste heat recovery,the superheat steam and saturated steam,for steam generator and steam pipe network with steam,three section of the exhaust gas recycling waste heat as heat source of thawing library,used in the winter to thaw frozen material.The recovery of waste heat from ring cooling machine has significant economic and environmental benefits for Lingsteel.
