摘要
针对某钢铁厂压缩空气系统能耗过大的问题,进行节能潜力分析。采用压缩空气分质供应、先进的余热再生工艺、加装电子排污阀和管网联控等技术方案,实现降低系统单耗,确保系统安全经济稳定运行。
In view of the excessive energy consumption of the air compressor system of a steel plant,the energy saving potential analysis was carried out.Use of compressed air quality supply,advanced waste heat regeneration technology,installation of electronic sewage valves and pipe network joint control and other technical solutions to reduce the unit consumption and ensure safe,ensure the economic and stable operation of system.
