通钢转炉一次除尘系统改造实践 被引量:2

摘要 通钢1号、2号转炉一次除尘采用传统的OG湿法除尘系统已远不能满足当今的环保要求,针对该情况采用新型的塔文湿法除尘对原一次除尘系统进行局部改造,包括带高温非金属补偿器的洗涤塔取代一级文氏管、新的环缝文氏管代替现有文氏管和现有脱水器利旧改造等。改造后设备运转状况良好,故障率为0,节水0.79m^(3)/t,节电1.02kWh/t,排放烟气含尘量小于50mg/m^(3),达到国家环保要求。 Aiming at the situation that the traditional OG wet dust removal system used for the primary dust removal of No.1 and No.2 converter in Tonggang is far from meeting today's environmental protection requirements,a new type of tavin wet dust removal method was used to reconstruct the original primary dust removal system,including the replacement of the first-stage venturi by the scrubber with high temperature non-metallic compensator,the replacement of the existing venturi by the new circular-slit venturi,and the renovation of the existing dehydrator.The equipment is operating in good condition after the transformation,and the failure rate is zero.At the same time,it saves 0.79m^(3)/t water and 1.02kWh/t electricity,and the dust content of flue gas emission is less than 50mg/m^(3),which meets the national environmental protection requirements.
