摘要
以膨润土为原料,制备锆功能化膨润土,并研究了其动态除磷性能。结果表明,一定程度增加初始磷浓度有助于提高磷吸附量,低流量和低pH环境下有利于磷的吸附,共存离子Cl^(-)和NO_(3)^(-)对磷吸附影响较小,但HCO-3抑制磷的吸附。增加NaOH浓度,有利于磷酸根的洗脱,以0.5 mol·L^(-1) NaOH为再生试剂,磷的洗脱率较高,达到92.0%。吸附剂具备较好的再生能力,经5次循环吸附和再生后,对磷的吸附量下降了12.5%。
The Zr modified calcine bentonite(Zr-CBt)was prepared successfully and used for the removal of phosphate from aqueous solution in column system.The column experiments were carried out to investigate the dynamic adsorption performance of phosphate.The better phosphate capacities could obtain on condition of proper concentration,low flow rate and low pH.The Cl^(-)and NO_(3)^(-) had little influence on phosphate adsorption capacity,while HCO-3 could restrain phosphate adsorption resulted from the rise of pH.The increase of NaOH concentration was beneficial to the eluting of phosphate,and elution rate of 92.0%could be obtained by using 0.5 mol·L^(-1) NaOH solution.The adsorption capacity of the Zr-CBt showed a loss of 12.5%after five cycles of adsorption-desorption studies by using 0.5 mol·L^(-1) NaOH as the desorption reagent.
