Effects of Different Extraction Methods on Paeonol andBaicalin Content in Jinkui Shenqi Tablets

探讨不同提取方法对金匮肾气片中丹皮酚、黄芩苷含量的影响。分别采用超声法、回流法对金匮肾气片进行提取,并用HPLC-PDA法对其中的指标性成分丹皮酚、黄芩苷进行定量。通过对药物中的提取量进行比较,结果显示:提取20 min,60 min,超声法提取丹皮酚含量均小于回流法(P<0.05),提取20 min、40 mim、60 min,超声法提取黄芩苷含量均小于回流法(P<0.05)。因此,单独测定丹皮酚首选超声法,同时测定丹皮酚和黄芩苷,首选回流法,本研究可为金匮肾气片质量控制的提供参考。

The effects of different extraction methods on the contents of paeonol and baicalin in Jinkui Shenqi tablets were explored.Ultrasonic method and reflux method were used to extract Jinkui Shenqi tablets,and the index components of paeonol and baicalin were quantified by HPLC-PDA method.By comparing the amount of extraction in the medicine,the content of paeonol extracted by 20 min,60 min ultrasonic method was less than that of reflux method(P<0.05),and the content of baicalin extracted by 20 min,40 mim and 60 min ultrasonic method was less than that of reflux method(P<0.05).Therefore,the ultrasound method is the first choice for the independent determination of paeonol,and the reflux method for the determination of paeonol and baicalin at the same time.This study can provide a reference for the quality control of Jinkui Shenqi tablets.
