摘要
本文主要以西藏地区10种原蜜,2种商品蜜及6种非西藏地区商品蜜为研究对象,以邻苯二胺做衍生化试剂,用高效液相色谱法测定了甲基乙二醛含量并进行了研究。结果表明西藏不同地区原蜜甲基乙二醛含量不同,同一地区不同时间所产蜂蜜其甲基乙二醛含量也不同,西藏地区六七月商品蜜中甲基乙二醛含量随月份增加而增加。西藏地区商品蜜中甲基乙二醛平均含量高于原蜜。六种非西藏地区商品蜜按蜜源植物分类后发现荞麦蜜平均含量最高。
The contents of methylglyoxal in 10 kinds of raw honey,2 kinds of Tibetan commercial honey and 6 kinds of commercial honey from non-Tibet regions were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),using O-phenylenediamine as derivatization reagent.The results showed that the methylglyoxal contents of raw honeys differed in different regions anddifferent sampling time.Among the commercial honeys from Tibet in June,July,August,the content of methylglyoxal increased.The average content of methylglyoxal in Tibetan commercial honey was higher than raw honey.For the non-Tibet honeys,buckwheat honey pocessed the highest content of methylglyoxal.
