摘要
介绍了辽化140 wt/a重整-抽提联合装置,连续重整部分是采用UOP最新一代超低压连续重整工艺技术。重整装置在运行中发生了水冲击事件。详述了水冲击的原因和现象,以及对重整装置的几方面影响:重整氢低温脱氯剂、反应产物和操作系统、重整催化剂,并进行了一系列分析及总结。同时针对重整原料带水时应该采取哪些措施进行了叙述,并总结了一些经验教训。
PLPC 1.4 million t/a Platforming-extraction combined unit was introduced,CCR Platforming section used UOP s latest generation ultra-low pressure CCR Platforming process technology.A water shock event occurred during the operation of the reformer.The reasons and phenomena of water shock were analyzed,as well as several aspects of the impact on the reformer:reformed hydrogen low-temperature dechlorination agent,reaction products and operating system,reforming catalyst.And a series of analysis and summary were conducted.At the same time,the measures should be taken when the reformed raw materials carried water were described,and some experience and lessons were summarized.
