摘要
采用电化学测试和表面形貌观察研究了不同交流电密度和Cl^(-)浓度对X80钢在近中性pH环境中的腐蚀规律。随着交流电密度增大,试样的腐蚀电位降低;当交流电密度相同时,X80钢在高Cl^(-)浓度中的腐蚀电位要低于低Cl^(-)浓度中的腐蚀电位;在交流电与Cl^(-)共同作用下,试样表面点蚀坑数目增多,点蚀坑直径与深度增加,腐蚀敏感性增高。针对本科实践教学,可以从电化学和表面形貌表征方面来设计杂散电流与Cl^(-)对碳钢腐蚀行为的影响。
The corrosion behavior of X80 steel was studied by electrochemical measurement and surface morphology analysis under different AC density and Cl^(-)concentration.The corrosion potential of X80 steel decreased with AC density.The corrosion potential of X80 steel at high Cl^(-)concentration was lower than that at low Cl^(-)concentration under the same AC density.The number of pitting increased on the sample surface under the interaction of AC and Cl^(-).The diameter and depth pitting pits increased and the corrosion sensitivity increased.The influence of stray current and Cl^(-)on corrosion behavior of carbon steel can be designed from the electrochemistry and surface morphology characterization for the undergraduate practice teaching.
