摘要
仪器分析课程是卫生检验与检疫专业的必修课程,其中质谱模块属于重要内容。针对质谱内容复杂、信息量大,加上仪器迭代日新月异的情况,本文将对比教学法应用于仪器分析质谱模块教学中,从离子化类型、适用范围、检测原理、仪器示意图四个方面对几种常压质谱仪进行对比学习,有助于学生更加直观、深入地理解多种常压质谱仪,掌握仪器分析知识体系,对学生今后自主学习新兴仪器奠定基础。
Instrumental Analysis is a compulsory course for sanitary inspection and quarantine specialty,and mass spectrometry module is the important content.Comparison teaching method was introduced into the teaching of mass spectrometry module of Instrumental Analysis for the content richness,complexity and the relentless march of instrument technology.Several atmospheric pressure ionization mass spectrometers were compared in several ways,including ionization type,application,detection principle and schematic,the method could help students intuitively and thoroughly various atmospheric pressure ionization mass spectrometry,master the knowledge system of Instrumental Analysis and lay the foundation for independent learning of novel instruments.
