基于“未病先防”理论脐针结合面部走罐治疗面部痤疮临床研究

目的:观察基于"未病先防"理论脐针结合面部走罐治疗湿热体质面部痤疮的效果。方法:86例随机分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组用LED光波治疗仪混合光治疗,观察组用脐针结合面部走罐治疗。结果:总有效率观察组为100.00%,对照组为81.40%,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后皮损疗效轻度多于对照组,而中度、重度、极重度少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后发炎、局部红肿、痤疮复发、疼痛发痒症状要少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后体质评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脐针结合面部走罐治疗湿热体质面部痤疮能获得良好疗效及预后。

Objective:To observe the effect of umbilical acupuncture combined with facial moving cupping on facial acne patients with damp-heat constitution based on the theory of "prevention before disease". Methods: 86 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group were treated with mixed light with LED light wave therapy instrument, while the observation group were treated with umbilical needle combined with facial moving cupping. Results: The total effective rate was 100.00% in the observation group and 81.40% in the control group. The observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The mild cases of the observation group were more than those of the control group, while the moderate, severe, and extremely severe cases were less than those of the control group(P<0.05). The symptoms of inflammation, local redness, acne recurrence, pain and itching after treatment in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05). The physical score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Umbilical acupuncture combined with facial moving cupping can achieve good curative effect and prognosis on facial acne patients with damp-heat constitution.
