先进控制技术在马来酸酐生产过程中的应用

摘要 通过正丁烷氧化制得的马来酸酐(MAH)需要对粗产品进行提纯,其中吸收汽提单元和精制单元是马来酸酐提纯过程的重要组成部分,其控制对象具有分布参数非线性、大滞后、多变量强耦合等特点,常规的PID控制策略存在控制短板。结合马来酸酐吸收汽提单元和精制单元的工艺流程特点、常规控制策略及装置运行情况,利用Cyb-iMPC先进控制软件对该单元进行先进控制系统改造,使关键温度变量标准偏差降低50%以上,关键液位标准偏差降低23%以上,提升了装置稳定性;使MAH产品质量有了明显提升,产品质量分数稳步提高,杂质含量及其波动明显下降;并通过卡边控制降低生产成本,为企业挖掘经济效益潜力。 Maleic anhydride produced by the oxidation of n-butane needs to be purified.The absorption stripping unit and the refining unit are important components of the purification process of maleic anhydride.Its control object has the characteristics of non-linear distribution parameters,large lag,and strong coupling of multiple variables.There are shortcomings in the control of conventional PID control strategies.Combining the process characteristics of the maleic anhydride absorption stripping unit and the refining unit,the conventional control strategy and the operation of the unit,using Cyb-iMPC advanced control software to transform the advanced control system of the unit.The results show that the standard deviation of key temperature variables is reduced by more than 50%,and the standard deviation of key liquid level is reduced by more than 23%,which improves the stability of the device.The quality of MAH products has been significantly improved,the quality fraction of MAH products has been steadily increased,and the impurity content and its fluctuation have been significantly decreased.And reduce production costs through card edge control,and tap the potential for economic benefits for enterprises.
