摘要
以含有十个冷间的轮流降温式冷库为实验对象,建立冷间升、降温时间计算模型,在冷间不开门、无货物进出的情况下,进行轮流降温式冷库性能研究实验。结果表明:理论升降温时间比要比实验数值偏大,当环境温度为30℃,冷间温度为-12~-10℃时,平均误差为7.72%;当环境温度为30℃,冷间温度依次为-6~-4℃、-12~-10℃,压缩机频率依次对应为39、35 Hz时,可以实现单个冷间的轮流降温,以较小冷量制冷压缩机组来满足冷库降温要求。实验为不同工况下多冷间同温冷库实现轮流降温时对应压缩机频率的选取提供了理论依据。
Taking the cooling down in turns cold storage containing ten cooling rooms as the experimental object, the calculation model of the temperature rise and cooling time was established. The experiment was carried out under the condition that the door was closed and no goods entered and went out. The results show that the theoretical rise-cooling time ratio is larger than the experimental value. When the ambient temperature is 30 ℃ and the cooling room temperature is-12~-10 ℃, the average error is 7.72%. When the ambient temperature is 30 ℃, the cooling room temperatures are-6~-4 ℃ and-12~-10 ℃ respectively, and the compressor frequency corresponds to 39, 35 Hz, the refrigeration system can realize the single cold room cooling down in turns, which meets the requirements of the cold storage with a smaller cooling capacity. The results provide a theoretical basis for the selection of the compressor frequency for the cooling down in turns of the same temperature cold storage under different working conditions.
