梗阻性黄疸大鼠脂质代谢及肝型脂肪酸结合蛋白的变化 被引量:1

Changes of lipid metabolism and liver fatty acid binding protein in rats with obstructive jaundice

摘要 目的探讨梗阻性黄疸大鼠血脂及肝型脂肪酸结合蛋白(L-FABP)的变化情况。方法将54只SD大鼠均分为正常对照组(A组,不做任何处理)、假手术组(B组,手术但不结扎胆总管)及胆总管结扎组(C组,手术并结扎胆总管),观察各组大鼠一般情况,并与术后第5、9及12天各取6只大鼠,取肝脏组织和取血,肉眼观察大鼠的肝脏及胆总管情况、检测各组大鼠L-FABP、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL),氧化型低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)的变化。结果与A、B组比较,C组大鼠一般情况异常,且胆总管囊状扩张充满胆汁,肝脏弥漫性肿大、呈黄褐色、质地变硬;术后第5天和第12天,C组L-FABP高于同一时相点的A组和B组(P<0.05);术后第5天,C组TC、TG、HDL、LDL均高于同一时相点的A组、B组(P<0.05);术后第12天,C组TC、LDL仍高于A组、B组(P<0.05);术后第19天,C组Ox-LDL高于A组、B组(P<0.05),而FFA明显低于A组、B组(P<0.05)。结论梗阻性黄疸可造成脂质代谢异常及L-FABP增加。 Objective To detect the changes of blood lipids and liver fatty acid binding protein(L-FABP)in rats with obstructive jaundice(OJ).Methods Fifty-four SD rats were divided into the control group(Group A,without any treatment),sham operation group(Group B,received operation without common bile duct ligation)and the group with common bile duct ligation(Group C).The general conditions of each group were observed.Liver tissues and serum were collected from 6 rats on the 5 th,9 th,and 12 th days after operation.The liver and common bile duct of rats were observed by naked eyes.The changes of L-FABP,triglyceride,total cholesterol(TC),free fatty acid(FFC),high-density Lipo-protein,Low-density Lipoprotein,oxidized Low-density Lipoprotein(Ox-LDL)were detected.Results The rats in Group C were generally abnormal compared with those in Groups A and B,and the common bile duct cystic dilatation was filled with bile,and the liver was diffusely enlarged and yellowish brown,and the liver texture became hard.On the 5 th and 12 th days after operation,the L-FABP of Group C was higher than that of Groups A and B at the same time point(P<0.05);On the 5 th day after operation,TC,TG,HDL,and LDL of Group C were all higher than Group A and Group B at the same time point(P<0.05);On the 12 th day after surgery,the TC and LDL of Group C were still higher than those of Group A and B(P<0.05);On the 19 th day after surgery,Group C Ox-LDL was higher than Groups A and B(P<0.05),while FFA was significantly lower than Groups A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion OJ may cause abnormal lipid metabolism and increase of L-FABP.
