浅谈党建统领企业文化的重要意义——以中国移动通信集团四川有限公司为例

On the Important Significance of the Party s Leading Enterprise Culture——Take China Mobile Communications Group Sichuan Co.,Ltd.as An Example

优秀的企业文化是企业的灵魂,是企业长盛不衰的根基、基业常青的灵魂。企业文化也是一个经久不衰的研讨课题,不同时代、不同行业,赋予了文化不同的要求和使命。国有企业文化具有“坚持党的领导”底色,国有企业文化建设更离不开“党的建设”基础。本文浅析了党建统领企业文化的意义、思考和认识三个方面,从党建引领文化建设的理论与实践探索,力争从理念认知浸润到情感认同,从情感认同上升到思想共识,从思想共识外化到行动转化,从行动转化升华到价值创造。通过内化于心、外化于行、固化于制、彰显于绩,提升企业凝聚力、战斗力、发展力。

Excellent corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise,the foundation of its long and prosperous life,and the soul of its Evergreen Foundation.Enterprise Culture Industry is also a long-lasting research topic,different times,different industries,given different cultural requirements and missions.The state-owned enterprise culture has the background of"adhering to the leadership of the party",and the construction of the state-owned enterprise culture can not be separated from the foundation of"the construction of the party".This paper analyzes the significance,thinking and understanding of the Party construction leading enterprise culture,from the theory and practice exploration of the Party construction leading culture construction,striving to infiltrate from the idea cognition to the emotion identification,from the emotion identification to the thought consensus,from ideological consensus externalization to action transformation,from action transformation sublimation to value creation.Through internalization in the heart,externalization in the line,solidification in the system,highlight in the performance,enhance enterprise cohesion,combat effectiveness,development.
