摘要
加拿大合作教育(Co-operative Education)是指高校在产学合作协同育人的人才培养理念下,在学校的培养方案中以结构化的方式安排学期和工作期,将学校教育与企业实践工作相结合的教育模式,是加拿大高等教育提高人才培养质量、提升学生创新能力、增强就业竞争力的重要举措。加拿大合作教育具有成熟完善的组织管理运行机制以及科学合理的实施模式和评价体系,在实施过程中也面临一些困难和挑战。加拿大合作教育模式对推动我国高校与产业合作协同育人具有重要借鉴意义。
Co-operative education in Canada is a type of education that combines university education with enterprise practice in a structured way under the talent cultivation concept of industry-university cooperation.It is an important measure for Canadian higher education to improve the quality of talent cultivation,enhance students'innovation ability and enhance employment competitiveness.Co-operative education in Canada has a mature and perfect organization and management operation mechanism,scientific and reasonable implementation mode and evaluation system.At the same time,it also faces some difficulties and challenges in its implementation process.Canada's co-operative education model is of great significance to promote the co-operative education between universities and industries in China.
