摘要
针对影响理工科大学生创新能力因素的问题,采用层次分析法研究影响其创新能力的内在和外部因素。首先,在社会因素、导师因素、平台建设、考核机制和个人因素等基础上,利用层次分析法建立影响创新能力因素的评估指标体系,发现其具有层次结构,并给出了具体的评判方法;然后,通过实例分析影响大学生创新能力的因素,揭示影响其创新能力的一级指标、二级指标和总权重排序。结果发现,个人因素和平台建设是影响其创新能力的主要一级指标,考核制度、企业参与程度、创新意志品质、导师参与积极性、科技社会平台为主要二级指标,创新意志品质、科技社会平台、创新实验基地、企业参与程度是决定其创新能力的主要因素。
In view of the factors affecting the innovation ability for college students of science and engineering, the analytic hierarchy process was used to study the internal and external factors that affect their innovation ability. Firstly, on the basis of social factors, mentor factors, platform construction, assessment mechanism and personal factors, the analytic hierarchy process was exploited to establish an evaluation index system that affects the factors of innovation ability. It was found that it had a hierarchical structure and a specific evaluation method was given;Then, the paper analyzed the factors that affect college students’ innovation ability through examples, and revealed the first-level index, second-level index and the total weight ranking that affected their innovation capability. The results found that personal factors and platform construction were the main first-level indicators that affect their innovation capabilities. Assessment system, enterprise participation level, innovative will quality, mentor participation enthusiasm, science and technology social platform were the main secondary indicators. The quality of innovation will, which science and technology social platforms, innovation experiment bases, and enterprise participation were the main factors that determine their innovation capabilities.
