制造强国背景下汽车制造与装配技术专业人才培养模式探索

Talent-training Mode of Automobile Manufacturing and Assembly Technology Specialty in the Context of Manufacturing Power

针对传统汽车装调工的人才培养已经不能满足汽车制造类技术技能型人才需求等问题,运用"绿色+汽车""智能+制造""信息+设计"等方法,从课程体系重构、课堂教学改革、教学团队重塑、教学诊断与改进等方面对汽车制造与装配技术专业进行改革与创新。经过实践,取得了良好的改革成效,人才培养质量持续提升。其教学成果对专业改革创新、服务区域经济和产业发展具有重要意义,可供地方其他高等职业院校借鉴。

In the context of the manufacturing power strategy which in view of the problems that traditional automobile assembly and adjustment talent training can no longer meet the needs for automobile manufacturing technical skilled talents, this paper uses "green+automobile", "intelligent+manufacturing", "information+design" and other methods that reconstruct curriculum system, reform classroom teaching, reshape teaching team, diagnose and improve teaching, which have achieved good results through practice, and the quality of talent training has been continuously improved. The research in this paper is has great significance to the reform and innovation of the specialty and the service to the regional economy and industrial development, and can be used for reference by other local vocational colleges.
