党的十八大以来,以习近平为核心的党中央在推进全面从严治党的伟大实践和历史进程中,逐渐形成了系统完整和充满时代气息的党建思想,为中国特色社会主义进入新时代进一步推进党的建设新的伟大工程、加快实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦提供了基本遵循和强大动力。习近平新时代党建思想回答了中国共产党在全面深化改革、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的历史阶段中,建设什么样的党和怎样建设党的重大问题,在中国共产党党建思想发展史上蕴含着鲜明的时代特色。具体而言,习近平新时代党建思想体现了全面从严治党的三大鲜明特征:即在党建的总体思路上更加注重顶层设计,管党治党由重经验向重理性转变;在党建的方式步骤上,更加注重治理整顿,管党治党由重数量向重质量转变;在党建的价值目标上,更加注重强党兴党,管党治党由重拒腐防变向重强党兴党转变。
