用于通信卫星的宽带微波光子链路性能研究与验证 被引量:2

摘要 随着卫星通信技术的飞速发展,以及卫星多功能融合技术的需求,未来卫星通信正朝着多频段、大带宽、多波束、配置灵活的方向发展,这对传统基于电子技术的卫星载荷多格式多频段信号接收及中继转发提出了挑战。本文利用微波光子技术格式透明、工作频段透明的优势,给出了基于微波光子技术的宽带通信卫星载荷结构,该结构在采用传统微波高功率发射及多路信号合成基础上,引入微波光子技术进行多格式多频段微波信号的光调制、光域微波信号宽带接收及转发。在此基础上建立了相应的用于宽带通信卫星的微波光子链路测试验证系统,对诸如噪声系数、系统线性特性及宽带信号传输特性等主要性能进行了详尽的分析与验证,测试结果表明该系统在S/C/Ku/ka频段具有良好的宽带线性特性和传输性能,且该性能与系统的调制灵敏度和解调灵敏度密切相关。 With the rapid development of satellite communication technology and the demand of satellite multi-functional integration technology,satellite communication is developing towards multi-band,wide bandwidth,multi beam and flexible configuration,which challenges reception and relay of the multi-format and multi-band signals of traditional satellite payload based on electrical technology.In this paper,an architecture of broadband telecommunication satellite payload based on microwave photonic is introduced.On the basis of traditional microwave high-power transmission and multi-channel signal combiner,microwave photonic technology is introduced to cope with requirements such as receiving and re-transmitting of inhomogeneous signals.Besides,the corresponding system for testing performance of microwave photonic link of wide band telecommunication satellite is built,and parameters such as noise figure(NF),system linear property,and the transmission property of the broadband signals are analyzed and demonstrated in detail.The test results show that the system has good broadband linearity and transmission performance in the S/C/Ku/Ka band,and the performance is closely related to the modulation sensitivity and demodulation sensitivity of the system.
