石英加速度计贮存延寿试验薄弱环节的辨识 被引量:4

摘要 目的导弹贮存延寿一直是国内外较为关注的重点话题,但是从元器件到整机失效退化参数的获取一直是延寿技术的难点。为了准确获取石英加速度计在贮存延寿试验有效的退化参数以及退化失效的本质,提出了一种辨识延寿试验薄弱环节的手段以及失效判断方法。方法首先从材料级、部件级、整机级展开研究,分析各个部件的关键输出参数随环境应力变化的趋势;然后对退化参数采用二阶变化量进行驻点分析,判断加速度计临界失效点。结果试验表明,通过对加速度计薄弱环节辨识,能分离加速度计退化参数,结合二阶驻点分析,可以直观预判加速度计退化趋势与寿命。结论采用驻点分析,能有效识别加速度计在贮存延寿试验中最易失效的环节,进而为石英加速度计在导弹贮存延寿时提供最直接的理论依据。 Missile storage life extension has always been a key topic at home and abroad,but the acquisition of failure degradation parameters from components to the whole machine has always been the difficulty of life extension technology.In order to obtain the effective degradation parameters and the nature of degradation failure of quartz accelerometer in storage life extension test,a method to identify the weak links of life extension test and a failure judgment method are proposed.Firstly,the research is carried out from material level,component level and complete machine level to analyze the trend of key output parameters of each component changing with environmental stress.Then the stagnation point of the degradation parameter is analyzed with the second order variation to judge the critical failure point of the accelerometer.The test shows that by identifying the weak links of the accelerometer,the degradation parameters of the accelerometer can be separated,and the trend and life of the accelerometer can be predicted intuitively by combining with the second-order stagnation point analysis.By stagnation point analysis,the most vulnerable link of the accelerometer in the storage life extension test can be identified effectively,thus providing the most direct theoretical basis for the quartz accelerometer in the missile storage life extension test.
