资源型产业集聚环境外部性效应研究——基于区域面板数据的实证检验 被引量:4

摘要 以碳排放指标表征环境质量,从产业集聚环境效应角度探讨资源型产业集聚发展对碳排放的作用机理,构建包括规模负效应、多样化及专业化正效应的计量模型并对新疆区域进行实证分析。结果表明:资源型产业集聚与碳排放之间呈“N”型曲线关系,最佳集聚规模阈值区间为0.14~1.19。研究期内资源型产业集聚程度处于正外部性效应阶段,产业集聚自净效应(0.965)大于集聚污染效应(0.899),但非常逼近临界点。开采业集聚发展态势明显,集聚程度大幅超过最佳阈值区间。而初级加工业集聚规模处于第二阶段,环境正外部性效应显著。资源型产业细分行业集聚与碳排放之间出现了倒“N”型、正“N”型和正“U”型三种形状的曲线关系。 This paper took carbon emission as the index of environmental quality,and built a panel data model of agglomeration influence on carbon emissions to investigate the affection coefficient and mechanism of environmental effect of resource-based industries agglomeration.The results show:the relationship between the whole agglomeration of resourcebased industries in Xinjiang and carbon emission takes on an N-type curve.The threshold range of optimal cluster size is 0.14-1.19.In general,it is in the positive externality effect stage.The self-purification effect of industrial agglomeration(0.965)was greater than the pollution effect of industrial agglomeration(0.899),but it is very close to the critical point.The agglomeration degree of mining industry is much higher than the optimal threshold range.However,the agglomeration scale of primary processing industry is in the second stage,and the positive externality effect of environment is significant.The subdivided industry agglomeration has such three types of curve relationships as inverted N-type,N-type,and U-type.
