京津冀城市绿色发展水平及发展效率的时空格局演化

Spatial-Temporal Pattern Evolution of Urban Green Development Level and Efficiency in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

京津冀是我国重点发展区域,提升城市绿色发展水平和发展效率是改善区域生态环境、实现京津冀可持续发展的重要手段。以京津冀城市为研究对象,在构建城市绿色发展水平评价指标体系的基础上,分别借助加权求和法和数据包络分析法系统测算2009—2018年城市绿色发展水平和发展效率,并通过双变量自相关分析探讨城市绿色发展水平和发展效率的相关性,揭示京津冀地区绿色发展现状及其演变特征。研究结果表明:2009—2018年,京津冀地区城市绿色发展水平不断提升,区域差异明显;绿色发展高效率区域的数量不断增加,并有向南延伸的趋势;城市绿色发展水平与发展效率具有明显的正相关关系,张家口—北京—廊坊连片区域是绿色发展的示范区域,有望带动京津冀城市绿色发展水平整体提升。

The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is a key development area in our country.Improving the level of urban green development and efficiency is one of the important methods to improve the regional ecological environment and promote the development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Taking the cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as the research object,the paper establishes the urban green development level evaluation system,and calculates the urban green development level and development efficiency from 2009 to 2018.Using double variable spatial auto-correlation model the paper explores the correlation between urban green development level and development efficiency.The research results show that from 2009 to 2018,the level of urban green development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been continuously improved,and there are obvious regional differences;the number of green development and high-efficiency zones has continued to increase,and there is an extension to the south trends.Low resource utilization,high environmental pressure,and backward industrial production capacity are the main reasons why other cities have not reached high efficiency;the level of urban green development and green development efficiency have an obvious positive correlation.The Zhangjiakou-Beijing-Langfang area is expected to drive the overall improvement of the green development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
