摘要
事业单位是我国重要的社会组织,区别于其他一般社会形态的组织团体,是一种受国家行政体制规划影响的单位。所以事业单位的人力资源发展与民营企业单位存在较大的差异性。而当前在我国事业单位改革进程中,其人力资源规划逐渐显现出一些问题和不足,如开发理念落后、培训工作低效、人才配置不合理等。鉴于此,本文结合实际提出做好环境分析、合理进行岗位分析、建立科学聘任机制以及强化效能考核等对策,旨在推动事业单位的人力资源进一步开发和进步,对其可持续发展具有一定的指导意义。
Public institution is an important social organization in China,which distinguish it from other forms of social organizations.It is a institution affected by the planning of national administrative system.Therefore,there are great differences between the development of human resources in public institutions and private enterprises.At present,in the reform of public institutions in China,some problems and shortcomings in human resource planning have gradually emerged,such as backward development concept,low efficiency in training,and unreasonable talent allocation.In view of this,combining with the current situation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as making a sound environmental analysis,reasonable post analysis,establishing scientific employment mechanism and strengthening efficiency assessment mechanism,the aim of this paper is to promote the further development and progress of human resources in public institutions,and offer reference for its sustainable development.
