艺术类院校创新创业人才培养长效机制研究

Research on the Long-term Mechanism of Cultivating Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Art Colleges

艺术类院校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,承担着培养艺术类人才的重要责任。“双创”背景下,如何建立健全创新创业人才培养机制,提高创新创业人才数量和质量,是新时期艺术类院校面临的重要课题。本文基于创新创业人才培养的理论基础和时代需求,分析了创新创业人才培养过程中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。

As an important component of China’s higher education,art colleges bear the important responsibility of cultivating art talents.Under the background of“Innovation and entrepreneurship”,how to establish a sound innovative and entrepreneurial talent training mechanism and improve the quantity and quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents are important issues art colleges face in the new era.Based on the theoretical foundation of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and the demands of the times,this article discusses the problems and proposes solutions in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,in hope of providing reference for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in art colleges.
