缩短工期、增加成本类型变更的审查思路浅析

公路工程建设项目实施过程中经常会出现实际工期缩短、施工费用投入加大的工程变更,项目建设管理单位需要对工程变更费用进行审查。但目前的实践中,没有针对工期缩短的工程变更费用审查思路的系统总结。本文结合实际工程案例,对缩短工期变更中涉及的增加人员投入产生的费用、增加机械设备投入产生的费用及增加投入周转材料产生的费用审查思路进行系统梳理,为以后项目建设管理单位审查此种复杂变更费用提供了更有效、准确的方式。

During the implementation of highway construction projects,there will be project changes that shorten the actual construction period and increase the investment in construction costs.The project construction management unit needs to review the project change costs.However,in the current study,there is no idea of reviewing the project change costs for the shortened construction period.System summary.Based on actual engineering cases,this article systematically sorts out the cost of increasing personnel input involved in shortening the construction period,the cost of increasing the input of machinery and equipment,and the cost of increasing investment in turnover materials.The review ideas are systematically reviewed for future project construction management units.Complicated change fees provide a more effective and accurate way.
